Compensation: $27.00 to $30.00 hourly
We are looking for an Event Producer for our agency client. This Event Producer will be responsible for being the main point of contact between the client, stakeholders and vendors. These would primarily be virtual events that the Event Producer will be focused in so background in virtual experiential events is necessary. The day to day responsibilities of this Event Producer include managing event from conception to completion, managing guest list/invites, creating schedule, managing internal resources & vendors and keeping on timeline. This Event Producer will also need to keep track of budget and scope. While this role is mostly remote, there would be some onsite meetings in the North Hollywood area.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in Event Coordination
Virtual experiential event experience highly preferred
Previous entertainment agency experience highly preferred
Must be able to do onsite meetings in the North Hollywood area
