Our flagship boutique in downtown Los Angeles is opening in the heart of LA’s fashion district and will boast a complete beauty experience.
We are currently looking for qualified candidates for a management position.
Job requirements : 2+ years experience in retail selling multiple cosmetic, skin
– and haircare lines.
Proven results in previous sales roles.
Ability to train and lead others.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Quality operations.
Must be able to work a flex schedule including Saturdays.
Duties: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by: addressing customer needs, providing high level product knowledge and customized product recommendation.
Oversee sales/salon floor and drive retail and salon sales.
Ensure sales goals are being met.
Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to keeping inventory, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, stocking shelves, and resolving customer complaints.
Compensation: Hourly plus commission
Full time: 40 hours per week
Part time: 20 hours per week
