Essential Functions:
Ability to run various machines in the Lamination operation, for example, but not limited to: winders, CMM equipment, automated cutters, different lamination machines, etc…
Ability to use a microscope, calipers, micrometers, eye loops, rulers to measure critical dimensions per the router (DJ).
Ability to run CMM programs after on the job training.
Responsible for 100% of inspection of own work.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
Ability to set up a lamination machine and verify set up was completed per the router (DJ).
Set up may require use of magnifying equipment to complete.
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, router (DJ), bill of materials (BOM), blueprints.
Ability to complete quality inspections at start of run, end of run, and throughout the production run to achieve documented results.
Requirements
Excellent eye/hand coordination.
Manual dexterity is a must.
Close attention to detail is a must as operations performed are intricate and tedious.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Able to lift, push, or pull 35 pounds.
Ability to work overtime
