Summary Responsible for developing and strengthening the foundations of the International Social Marketing program, leading the coordination and strategic development of global social marketing initiatives and defining forward-thinking POVs for ISM program expansion, as International Social Marketing Program Manager, you will: Develop and guarantee the sound operations of our team internationally Drive the coordination of our work across global, local, cross functional and comms partners.
Enable the program to scale with forward-thinking and boundary pushing point of views, inspiration and direction Responsibilities Lead, develop and scale the operational foundations of the International Social Marketing program Re-evaluate and optimize current ways of working between global, local and cross-functional stakeholders Coordinate Leadership communications across the apps and technologies Ownership of budget and partner management Identify opportunities for stronger, broader, more impact-driving ISM work socialization Identify opportunities to develop and strengthen program foundations (across XFN, Global, Local, Partners…) Minimum Qualifications 6 years advertising and marketing experience (creative/content/social agency experience preferred).
Experience working internationally on global brands Experience working with consumer-facing brands (client side experience preferred) Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, innovative, integrated marketing campaigns Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations Proven strategic ability to design and deliver impactful marketing solutions Adept at building, inspiring, and leading strong, happy and productive teams Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment Outstanding creative sense, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills amongst senior leadership Passion for Client’s mission and values Passion for culture and all things social
