JOB DESCRIPTION AND PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: At Charlie’s, marketing is about building awareness of the Company’s innovative and award-winning products.

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who will love the rewarding challenge of growing sales, market share, and brand awareness of CCD products in the rapidly evolving e-cigarette space.

The primary role of the CCD Marketing Manager will be to lead and oversee marketing campaigns and projects in support of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines and changing business needs.

S/he must be detail-oriented and will have excellent written communication skills, a metrics-driven marketing mind (with an eye for creativity), and proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop marketing plans for (and oversee marketing projects with) the Company’s Distributor, Wholesale, and Retail accounts.

Increase sales and consumer brand awareness of CCD products.

Track, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Actively manage the CCD marketing budget; provide ROI/KPI analyses for all department initiatives Work with B2B sales team to develop and refine (i) promotions, and (ii) marketing materials that will increase sales and profits.

Manage production of sales support materials, print and digital.

Develop unique, impactful POS marketing materials.

Work with R&D, Creative, outside legal counsel, and CCD senior management to ensure that packaging, warnings, and all consumer-oriented marketing materials are consistent with both regulatory requirements and Company standards.

Gather product feedback through survey’s, focus groups, and telephone solicitations.

Develop targeted traditional and digital marketing campaigns.

Analyze customer surveys, consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing/sales strategies.

Develop and grow social media initiatives and brand building programs aimed at consumers.

Schedule and coordinate CCD tradeshow activities.

Monitor costs and budgets with a bottom-line, revenue-driving mentality Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and press releases.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

5 years experience in product management, marketing management, brand management, or related.

Highly intelligent, enthusiastic, detail-oriented.

Resourceful and able to adapt quickly.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities Metrics-driven marketing mind… but also collaborative and creative.

Proficient with online marketing and across multiple social media platforms.

Expert-level competence with MS Office Suite.
