Manufacture Operations Manager We are seeking a Manufacture Operations Manager position here at PacSci, to work in our Hollister CA location.

Operations Manager, Manufacturing is responsible for the overal Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity for the assigned department(s).
Provide leadership to direct staff and cross-functional team members in all activities associated with the manufacturing environment.
Description: Formulate and implement departmental short and long-term plans consistent with company objectives for assigned department(s).
Achieve operating performance targets and improvements including cost reductions, reduced cycle times and reduced lead times.
Accountable for providing accurate shipment forecasts and achieving forecast.
Ensure effective Daily Management and Operation Readiness Reviews.
Provide for the optimum utilization of associates.
Develop and implement standard work documentation and workflow in all manufacturing cells.
In conjunction with cross functional resources, develop optimum capacity, efficiency, and profitability through the facilities and equipment improvements.
BS Degree in Business, Management or Engineering 7 years of experience in manufacturing/operations with previous management responsibility required.
Strong knowledge of production processes in a lean manufacturing environment.
