The ideal candidate has experience working in entertainment and has a passion for building teams and strong relationships.

If you’re a meticulous task manager, a natural-born leader, obsessive about creating incredible work, and adept at forming and strengthening bonds with personalities of all stripes and sorts, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManaging, maintaining, and growing the relationship with the client and key stakeholders.Full oversight of Social Media Managers, including content reviews, strategic direction, and day to day team management.Direct and have a positive impact on projects, internal teams, and clients by providing guidance, direction, and a vision to follow.Act as the glue that holds internal teams together, managing projects and timelines with the client, delegating work when necessary, and helping to define brand vision.Act as the leader of the integrated marketing team, ensuring partnership and collaboration between Laundry Service and other agencies.Continually push the client for new opportunities while being proactive in adding value to help grow a new and successful accountRequirements1-3 years experience working agency-side at a creative, digital, sponsorship or social media agencyHave managed multiple Social Media Managers and been responsible for social contentEntertainment experience highly preferred, interest in TV and streaming platforms a strong plusExperience implementing social media, digital and integrated marketing campaignsPossess general knowledge of awareness marketing principles and strategies, specifically for SocialOutstanding presentation and communication skillsStrong written communication skillsStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote – ability to create presentation and/or pitch decks is keyHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceCommitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacyBenefitsCompetitive salary, unlimited PTO, 401(k) and much more!
