Inside Sales Representative

BELLA+CANVAS, the largest premium apparel manufacturer in North America, was founded on the philosophy of on-trend design and social responsibility.

Founding partners Danny Harris and Marco DeGeorge have built a special company culture and aim to inspire positive change within the wholesale apparel industry.

We have a diverse range of customers and service several massive industries, such as promotional products, printing, and retail apparel.

We are looking for a positive go-getter with a can-do attitude to grow BELLA+CANVAS inside sales.

The ideal candidate must have a knack for relationship building, tracking those nitty gritty details and at the same time have an eye for seeing the big picture and can connect the dots to help build the business.

We are looking for someone with some customer service/sales experience that can provide cross departmental support for all aspects of growing sales.

Their efforts will have a direct impact on the success of BELLA+CANVAS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on growing Nationwide sales and making sure each sales representative hits their growth target.

This includes following up on multiple sources of leads, prospecting, and business development.

This role will be focused on building relationships, business development, sourcing new leads for our sales team and putting new clients in place.

Collaborate with inside sales manager & outside sales team to narrow down big leads that can generate growth.

Demonstrate strong understanding of the product line, the brand story and competitive landscape.

Must be comfortable and confident on the phone.

Use excellent verbal communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with clients.

Manage showroom meetings with new and existing customers.

Have a go-getter hunter mentality that loves to generate new business.

Responsible for hitting goals and assisting other team members with hitting personal sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience Independent operator with a self-starter attitude.

Must be passionate, driven and motivated to own projects from start to finish.

Information seeker with a “grab a bull by the horns” mindset.

Can quickly adapt in a fast pace work environment.

You love to help in any and every way and are highly motivated, as well as encouraging new ideas to team members.

Detail oriented and juggle multiple priorities at once.

A natural people person that everyone loves to work with.

Experience with outbound calls and business development.
