Bookkeeper position with Interior Design Firm in West Los Angeles area. This Design Firm is highly regarded and has clients throughout the country. Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for all in-house accounting and bookkeeping functions and will liaison with outside accounting firm. Salary range $70-$75,000 per year plus benefits. Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Reconcile and track ALL accounts
Process Sales Tax payments
Process Payroll
Deposit incoming client checks
Process payments and checks for vendors & consultants
Handle all Billing including creation of PO’s, invoices and sales orders for design team to review
Track all reimbursable expenses, bill clients and update payment status Bookkeeper Qualifications:
Computer literate – knowledge of Webware Interior Design Accounting Software a strong plus
5+ years experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting for Service Business
Excellent Communication skills
