Job Details
Currently they are looking to add another Attorney with Insurance Defense experience and although this is a 100% remote role, they do require someone who lives in Las Vegas.
Qualifications
- 4+ year attorney with recent litigation experience.
- Insurance Defense experience
- Construction Defect Litigation and/or Casualty also preferred, but litigation is a must.
- Work with Sr. Partner on complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Must have superb writing, analysis and supervisorial skills.
- Must be able to take a depo including expert depositions.
