We are looking for an energetic, positive and results driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Business Development Manager your focus will be on building your own book of business. You will partner with the recruiting team and other Business Development Managers to meet your goals and the needs of the clients. We offer a work hard, play hard environment with an extremely lucrative and uncapped commission plan. Requirements of the position:

  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients in the IT, Interactive, Creative and Digital communities by marketing and cross-selling all of our service offerings
  • Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with your Account Management partners to strategically expand your existing business
  • Be in constant communication with prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how to best service accounts
  • Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of staffing and recruitment experience within the IT space
  • 3+ years of business development experience in the IT space
  • BS Degree – preferred
