DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Broadway in Hollywood, the premiere presenter of Broadway theatre and live entertainment in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Pantages and Dolby Theatres, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, primarily to manage our digital marketing platforms including website, email, social media, and more.

Position reports to the Director of Marketing and works with the team to develop digital marketing strategies, monitor digital assets, execute, evaluate and report on initiatives and campaigns for Broadway in Hollywood and the live theatrical productions we present year-round.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT: Write, edit, publish, and regularly update content on BroadwayInHollywood.com. Monitor daily traffic and report on overall data analytics as well as campaign-specific analytics via Google Analytics, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity. Conduct regular website overviews and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements based on current best practices and data analysis of consumer behavior.
EMAIL: Work with the team to develop email campaigns that you then design, deploy, monitor, and report results. Work with the team to understand the database and develop email segments for specific campaign initiatives. Work with our current email distribution platform, Ticketmaster’s TM Engage and be open to learning new platform(s) as needed.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Execute strategies developed with the team from content creation, scheduling, and monitoring Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter utilizing Hootsuite. Manage YouTube channel and explore other potential platforms for patron engagement.  Apply best practices in understanding customer sentiment, needs, reactions, questions, etc. Respond to messages received on social, and communicate issues and information to the appropriate staff.
APP: The Broadway in Hollywood app for patrons is currently in development and you’ll be on the ground floor of working with and leveraging this exciting new tool from marketing the app itself, to developing appropriate push notifications, to discovering all the possibilities available to enhance the patron experience on and off site.
DIGITAL ADVERTISING: Working in tandem with our advertising agency for specific digital campaigns, you’ll have the opportunity to help develop, analyze, and optimize paid social and programmatic advertising campaigns and more.
BASIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Ability to analyze data, create reports and make actionable recommendations
Ability to identify correlations and trends across multiple platforms and marketing efforts
A passion for digital marketing platforms
Basic understanding of marketing and sales
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally
Basic graphic design ability with the Adobe suite or InDesign a plus
Basic video editing capability a plus
Interest in live theatre/live entertainment a plus.
WORK SCHEDULE:

Full Time, exempt. Primarily on site at the Pantages, M-F, with some evenings & weekends

COMPENSATION:

$58,240 per year
