What you will do

This key team member will be primarily responsible for leading the execution of the Neurovascular division’s online presence, both internally and externally, in cooperation, collaboration and alignment with Corporate Digital Operations and IS strategies.

  • Manage and execute all company/division-wide global website-related projects including, but not limited to: development, restructuring and/or refinements on various platforms, sales enablement platform, Stryker.com, digital program integration, CRM, social media, mobile apps and email marketing platforms.
  • Responsible for defining, developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, communicating and continually improving our global digital marketing strategy.
  • Own Stryker.com content management and approval process cradle to grave through MRM, partnering with Marketing Communications and global marketing teams.
  • Drive launch of Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems including content and asset migration.
  • Ensure global web content is optimized for SEM.
  • Develop and execute intranet strategy to move to the Neurovascular division content to Connect 2.0 platform.
  • Create plan for decommissioning existing microsites based on global Stryker.com implementation plan.
  • Develop analytics processes and reporting to analyze performance and generate global business insights.
  • Drive a strong collaborative partnership between Neurovascular division and IS, advocating business needs and driving projects forward through strong digital understanding.
  • Align with company-wide digital strategy and grow relationships with cross-divisional and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work complies with company brand guidelines.
  • Drive the digital presence for the global business, implementing innovative solutions that bridge mobile, social, email and digital media
  • Social Media channel ownership and content management. Drive day-to-day social media channel management including curating, planning, scheduling, posting and analyzing digital content via multiplatform environments.
  • Develop and manage key vendor and agency relationships
  • Develop and maintain project calendars to establish priorities track project status and deliverable
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged regarding digital program strategies, plans, results, and learnings
  • Manage activity budgets and related expenses, reporting as necessary
  • Develop effective KPI strategies for the business and use appropriate measurements tools to drive improvement in future plans
  • Create, own and manage show calendar and master budget. Responsible for post-show recaps and shareouts. Oversee all onsite coordination of events.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience in Information Technology, Digital Marketing or related area required
  • 5+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and building in Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies.
  • Exposure to AEM Sites 6.4 preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite a plus.
  • Knowledge of working in agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
