In this role you will:
Join as a founding member of the People Technology team, shaping how GOAT recruits and develops its people for years to come Build and manage core HR systems and processes ranging from ATS implementation to employer brand and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs Support the People Leadership Team in managing strategic talent, our technology infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives Seamlessly partner with stakeholders across the business, including our broader People Team, Executive Team, IT, and other leaders across GOAT’s business
We are looking for:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in people operations, talent acquisition, consulting, HR strategy, or technology management; emphasis on technical program management, People Analytics, or Human Capital Strategy a plus Strong project management skills, capable of seeing cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation while keeping stakeholders appropriately engaged Proven ability to manage a wide cross-functional array of stakeholders, both within the People Team and across other business functions “User-centric” mindset, with an ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and create the best experience for our candidates and employees Track record of distilling complex business problems into feasible technical solutions A love of continual learning, approaching the challenges of an ambiguous, dynamic environment and rapidly change responsibilities with a curious mindset and “get-the-job-done” mentality Experience in telling stories with data, both quantitative and qualitative Experience with HRIS, ATS, or LMS implementation a plus GOAT is the global platform for the greatest products from the past, present and future.
