Provide support of multiple assigned real estate brokers in representation of our clients in the underwriting, performance of the due diligence, packaging and marketing of properties.What you’ll do:Coordinate marketing and research efforts as it relates to marketing packages; create/coordinate marketing packages; real estate committee packagesCompiles information to be used in periodic landlord leasing activity reportsPrepares market surveys, email blasts, flyers and tour booksOrganizes transaction documents, including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, etc., to ensure that all parties have copies of required documentsDiscusses vacancies/asking leasing rates with clients, cooperating brokers and prospective tenants (does not discuss deal points)Fields marketing callsCoordinates property tours packages (does not conduct tours)Compiles information for marketing activity reports, compiles sales comps and research for brokersUpdates the Wave databasesUpdate and maintain databases/status reports to track prospects, clients and deal information for specific listingsPerforms other administrative tasks required by Atlantic Retail to facilitate the transactions of Atlantic Retail real estate businessOur ideal candidate:Education and experienceBachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance or Real Estate1-3 years real estate experience preferred (not required)Financial analysis and/or research experience preferredIntermediate proficiency in MS Office SuiteIntermediate proficiency in desktop publishing softwareAdvanced project management skillsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsDemonstrates aptitude to solve problemsSkills and abilities:Excellent attention to detail and analytical skillsDemonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstaclesAbility to self-manage multiple projects and tasks to meet critical timelinesAbility to communicate accurately and effectivelyFamiliarity with geographical information systems (GIS) is strongly preferredAbility to gather data, compile information and prepare reportingKnowledge of communication principles, media and marketing techniquesWhat we offer:$55,000 $65,000; commensurate with experienceTo Apply:Please submit your resumevia the ‘Apply Now’ button!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
