Account Executive (LA)

We are searching for a full time Account Executive who thrives in a high energy environment, can deliver the work, and is able to effectively manage 360 degree cross-channel marketing programs. The Account Executive is vital to the brilliant execution of marketing campaigns for their clients through the effective use of their marketing prowess, agency process and communication.

Requirements

/Skills:

  • This candidate should be based in the LA area
  • 2-4 years agency experience
  • Proven track record of delivering top-notch work with results (award-winning a plus!)
  • Has executed cross-channel marketing campaigns (video, OLA, site, social, mobile, print, email, etc.)
  • Participation in the development of a website redesign (preferred)
  • Ability to consistently perform & keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced, remote-work environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment
  • Experience managing multiple content production schedules and budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams at once
  • Knowledge of and interest in CPG best practices a plus
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive) and the MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Office)
  • Understanding of analytics, tracking and KPI?s for client business
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation and team player attitude
  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
  • Role will be remote for the time being but eventually will be based out of our LA office, so candidate must reside in/around that area

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of assigned account(s) by working effectively with our cross-departmental, cross-country team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations & timelines appropriately
  • Effectively manage teams across creative, social, strategy, media, project management and analytics to achieve client objectives and ensure no deadlines are missed
  • Successfully manage multi-channel marketing programs (website development, digital & content marketing, social strategy and social activations)
  • Create dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
  • Demonstrate an unwavering attention to detail
  • Establish trust-based relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs
  • Proactively problem-solve with oversight from manager
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of agency process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget
  • Collaborate well with external agency partners to drive integrated programs
