Responsibilities: * Lead and manage company immigration projects in either America, Canada, or Europe.* Identify and develop the target markets for each project.* Maintain as well as develop sales channels, sales partners, and networks.* Represent company to present projects and provide services to clients.* Interact with potential clients daily to generate leads.* Improve customer services and ensure 100% satisfaction.* Develop sale teams by recruiting sale member and provide sales training.* Set up department sale goals and achieve goals.* Other duties assigned.
Qualifications: * Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university.* 2+ years of professional sales experience.* Knowledge of immigration law in either America, Canada, or Europe.* Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills.* Strong team player with a collaborative nature.* Ability to listen, follow directions and multi-task.* Energetic, customer service, sales oriented.* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.* Written and verbal Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.* Startup experience is a plus.
