Helium 10 is looking for a Partnerships Manager to help build and manage strong vendor and agency partnerships, as well as strategize through prospective partners. They will also be identifying opportunities to develop deeper relationships with vendor and agency partners. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, organized and committed to meeting tight deadlines as well as comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, and have e-commerce brand experience in a high-growth environment. Helium 10 is currently seeking a tenacious, goal-driven, and strategic-minded individual to spearhead our partnership initiatives and create impactful relationships with major vendors in the e-commerce space. Strategizing with the partner team, you will help prospect for new vendor and agency partners, and work towards the cross-functional mission and success of our sales, marketing, and product teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and manage strong vendor and agency partnerships through effective communications and coordination, as well as strategize through prospective partners. Identify, educate, and onboard new e-commerce and digital agencies. Engage in high-touch development of vendor and agency partnerships through regular calls, in-person visits, local events, Meetups, dinners, and conferences. Educate vendor and agency partners on new product updates & feature releases through remote or in-person “lunch and learn” sessions. Identify opportunities to develop deeper relationships with vendor and agency partners. Respond to new partner inquiries and concerns via Slack, phone, and emails/tickets, and nurture partner relationships. Update and maintain CRM records for partner outreach and results. Remain on the cutting edge of relevant feedback, data, and news from the vendor and agency partner ecosystem. Continuously acquiring and maintaining a deep knowledge of Helium 10’s products, become a valuable resource for each partner. Travel to meet, engage, and touch base with partners through meetings, partner events, and conferences Job Requirements: 5-7 years of Partnership and/or Business Development experience (tech or Saas a strong plus) E-commerce brand experience in a high-growth environment preferred Track record of building partner outreach programs from the ground up Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a knack for being able to pivot seamlessly while staying focused Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities Intellectual curiosity and strong critical thinking and business acumen skills Ability to creatively problem solve in a cross-functional environment Authorized to work in the US Helium 10 needs EXPERTS!
