Senior Property Accountant

Senior Property AccountantWe are looking for a Senior Property Accountant to join a growing Real Estate firm in Los Angeles!

In this dynamic role, you will report up to the Assistant Controller and work closely with all the Property Managers across the global.Responsibilities:Prepare financial reports by reporting journal entries, verifying, consolidating, and reconciling transactionsReview general ledger for accurate A/R and A/P entries and as well as posting necessary journal entriesPrepare and analyze annual CAM reconciliationsReview and analyze Tenant CAM disputesCalculate CAM, monthly rent increases, and prepare budget sheets for new tenants when necessaryIdeal Candidate:5 or more years of experience in Property Management AccountingStrong knowledge in CAM reconciliationKnowing in Yardi Voyage is highly preferredAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent communication skills
