We have a new opportunity for a SBA Loan Closing Officer.

Responsibilities include:
Collecting and reviewing information and documentation for completeness and accuracy and ensuring conformance to terms set forth in the SBA Authorization.

Generating comprehensive loan checklists of all items required for closing, ensuring all items have been collected.

Preparing loan documentation using LaserPro, packaging them in accordance with SBA requirements and regulations and submitting to SBA for approval.

Corresponding with clients, escrow/title and insurance companies to coordinate closing.

Ensuring collateral is protected with all liens perfected in the appropriate position.

Requires three or more years of SBA closing experience that includes a strong understanding and knowledge of SBA eligibility and guidelines.

Must be proficient in utilizing SBA E Tran, SBA One and LaserPro.

In addition, must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and thrive working in a team-based collaborative environment.
