This entry-level Real Estate Representative I position in the Land Management Unit will learn and assist with the processing of new and existing secondary use permits, license and lease agreements issued to public and private organizations for telecommunication, agriculture, recreational, utility, access and other purposes. The successful candidate will learn and assist with the processing of fee payments, possessory interest reports, property taxes and special assessments as well as lease compliance functions such as insurance certificates, site inspections, and abatement notices. They will also learn and assist with researching and analyzing maps, construction documents, public records, survey and title reports.
