Digital Operations Manager, TV and Media Solutions, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* 3 years of experience with media operations workflows such as go-to-market launch strategies, video production, and video metadata.* 3 years of experience with live broadcasting and live streaming operations including event day management.Preferred qualifications:* Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and find resolutions* Proficiency with data and analytical problem solving. Ability to query and analyze datasets for actionable insights.* Ability to write Business-Requirement documents (BRDs) for use in product roadmaps and Engineering prioritization* Flexible working style. We are leading a change in how we entertain, inform and share with one another, whether through cat videos or footage of a revolution in progress.As a Digital Operations Manager for YouTube Originals, you are a proven operations leader with a passion for shaping the future of Original programming. You will utilize your deep video technology experience, industry knowledge and existing relationships to advance YouTube’s overall Originals strategy. You will collaborate with many cross-functional teams – both internally and externally – to drive and execute premium live events. You will be responsible for solving complex operational challenges for some of YouTube’s top partners and shows.In this role, you will be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, diligently planning and tracking progress of key milestones.
