Salary: $125,000 depending on experience
About the Client
I am working with an iconic and very reputable restaurant group and I’m looking for a General Manager who can oversee and manage the daily operations of one of their most exciting concepts!
The Ideal General Manager will have
- Premium restaurant experience – ideally two Michelin stars
- The ability to think independently, be a self-starter and an individual sales driver
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Committed to training and developing a team
- At least 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong understanding of seasonal cuisine
- Proficient in stock management budgeting, P&L control and venue marketing!
