Vaco is working on an interim Senior Property Accountant position with a large Real Estate company in Los Angeles.
This is a long term consulting engagement with the potential to develop into a permanent role.
Requirements for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3 years minimum accounting experience Real estate, property management, property development, construction, or related industry experience Advanced Excel skills Great attention to detail Yardi or other large ERP system experience
Responsibilities:
Month end closing accruals General ledger journal entries Account and intercompany reconciliations Common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations Working with multiple property managers to resolve issues Assist with cash flow reporting Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
