- All aspects of HR as it relates to assisting employees and leaders with Employee Relations, Retention and Recognition.
- Survey readiness, supervising HR operations, file compliance, and LOA.
- Helping in strategic initiatives while maintaining the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
- Recruitment efforts and strategies.
- Employee recognition programs.
- Working directly with department managers to better understand needs and candidates requirements.
- Talent Acquisitions and Organization Development.
