Develop strategies and improvement to optimize listing review process Define KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficiency, quality and expense management Support product review team including hiring, staffing, scheduling and performance Track, manage and analyze product listing traffic Partner with the Fraud and Disputes team to identify irregularities in listings Drive continual improvement to support our ever-changing product offerings Identify product needs and solutions related to content quality and scaling our moderation system Investigate and quickly respond to issues regarding listings Periodically audit active listings for accuracy
We are looking for:
2+ years experience with operations, product listing management, content moderation or other customer experience skills Experience working with remote teams preferred Understanding of the secondary sneaker or streetwear market Awareness of current events and sensitivity to global culture climate Excellent critical thinking and decision making Strong written and oral communication Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Experience analyzing data with SQL, Excel and Google Sheets a plus GOAT is the global platform for the greatest products from the past, present and future.
