Utilizing a consultative approach directly with customers, we achieve accuracy and efficiency in each campaign we implement.Someone who effortlessly drives conversations and builds relationships with people from all walks of life would be the ideal addition to our team. This role will support cross functional departments in the development, implementation, and analysis of our progressive marketing campaigns. The Customer Service Associate is a key player in introducing the latest promotions offered by our clients to the public while assisting them with incorporating the products into their daily lives.Key Tasks:Meet benchmarks and deadlines delegated by the Marketing ManagerAssist with the integration of marketing, sales, and customer service departmentsCultivate meaningful working relationships with internal teamsConduct dynamic product presentations to prospective customersEloquently and efficiently describe promotional product featuresActively establish rapport to evoke transparency from customersMake recommendations, complete purchases, and overturn objectionsCreatively pivot to other approaches when revenue goals are not metProvide customer insights to managers to improve campaign structureThe Opportunity:With an established, proven training program offered to all of our team members, we provide ample advancement opportunities.
