Position Summary:FBE is looking for a smart, passionate & dedicated leader to join our team full-time as a Post Production Supervisor.
In this position, you will be overseeing the schedules of multiple projects, episodes, and series.
Ability to manage, negotiate and communicate deadlines, workflows, and personalities in the day to day is important.

– they are willing to put it on the table: Some conversations will be uncomfortable, but everyone will be better for having had them+ Someone who checks in with teammates and colleagues to understand their perspectives and needs on a given projectResponsibilities:+ Training and onboarding post production freelancers, creating and upkeeping documents and training materials+ Responsible for creating and managing the post schedule for the post-production department, ensuring all episodes are delivered in a timely manner for reviews, notes, and uploads+ Plan, communicate, manage, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations.+ Managing projects by establishing priorities, confirming and tracking deadlines, while delegating tasks to achieve project goals
– ongoing and day-to-day.+ Understands how abrupt changes may affect the budget, scheduling, and overtime, and runs these changes by the Technical Director.+ Proactively seeks opportunities for improvement while being solution-oriented, and knowing when to pivot or prepare for potential issues.+ Foster a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to employees to promote internal growth+ Remain calm under pressure and provide clear, calm leadership when conflicting priorities arise.+ Maintains consistent and effective communication with team members, as well as cross-functioning departments.+ Assist in overseeing the DIT/Data Management/Archival Workflows.+ Responsible for picking up edits when the post staff is at capacity.Position Requirements:+ You must be proficient with Mac OS X, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premier, Photoshop, and After Effects)+ Preferred knowledge of project management apps: Airtable, Slack, and Basecamp+ Desired knowledge of LTO, ShotputPro, and other DIT and Archiving software+ Ideally has prior experience as a Post Supervisor or Post Coordinator+ Strong time management skills; excellent multi-tasker and able to work well in a high-pressure environment
