We are seeking a Director, Project Management, to manage the team and all deliverables across various media including TV, web, print, outdoor, POS, mobile, and social.

The Wonderful Way:
Manage, mentor, and progress the project management team, overseeing their work and performance Constantly identify, implement and socialize the most effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with world-class project management practices Collaborate with brand teams and agency leadership to create achievable and measurable project plans that include regular status reporting Identify and pursue opportunities to foster cross-training to help build a strong foundation for team Oversee execution, workflow and resourcing of projects across all brands and business units As the director-level and project management leader, actively manage and build rapport with executive clients Lead and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with agency leadership and disciplines leads Oversee analysis of SOWs and serve as senior lead for vendor contracts, including escalation needs Serve as program manager for high-visibility projects Actively contribute to the development of the agency’s culture and standards of quality
The Wonderful You:
Proven success as a project management leader within an advertising agency environment handling diverse creative projects and collaborating with large-scale agency and client teams Experience working across multiple forms of media to include video, print, POS, web content, mobile and social Possess a deep understanding of project management, work flow, and infrastructure, overall project lifecycles and management methodologies/styles Expert knowledge of project management tools such as: Smart Sheet, Excel, Jira, 10k Feet, and Workamajig Working Knowledge of CS Suite, Acrobat, OmniGraffle, or other graphing software Understanding of web development technologies, quality assurance process, and production studio process Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies Have an accomplished history of managing small to large size digital marketing and web development projects Ability to build relationships with clients at an executive level Exceptional planning, coordination, and management skills Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills Experience with vendor/talent negotiations, usage and rights Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
