Requirements of the position: Work closely with Business Development Managers, Recruiting Team and Leadership.Post and review positions and resumes while conducting interviews with candidates.Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure successful candidate placement with the client.Leverage creative sourcing strategies to identify and improve recruiting strategies.Proactively manage the candidate sourcing process in a timely and efficient manner, to include pre-screening, understanding client needs, utilizing effective VB marketing, manage the applicant flow and interviewing candidates. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with candidates for successful placement and representation. Extend offers of employment to candidates.Assist back office team with the coordination of on-boarding, monitoring background checks, conducting reference checks and assisting in internal processes as needed.Liaison between back office and consultant while partnering and communicating with leadership team.Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective and qualified candidates while developing a pipeline, both via video and by telephone, continuously assessing the candidate?s talent against the client?s needs.
