The Senior Director of Marketing Operations is the ‘glue’ across marketing, co-developing broader marketing strategies and providing planning, tracking, insights and analysis across all of marketing, growth and ad monetization.

This newly developed role will be reporting directly to the CMO and is a critical leadership role within the marketing organization, acting in close partnership with the whole marketing and Scopely leadership team.

This leader will manage a team of operators and analysts and will oversee all company-wide marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a strong operator that is always looking to optimize processes and capabilities.

As the leader of Marketing Operations, you will have a broad perspective on the business and develop tools, processes and insights to improve operational efficiencies across the organization.

You will need to leverage your experience in marketing and have a keen understanding of consumer needs.

From CRM to Creative, you’ll be helping to develop and execute strategies across all dimensions of marketing.

What you and your team will do

Develop plans and tracking for executing company-wide marketing initiatives, i.e.

CRM, X-Platform.

Oversee marketing analytics, including dashboards, reports and adhoc analysis.

Deliver new insights on market intelligence i.e GTM, Creative Strategies.

Centralize learning and knowledge sharing to expand pockets of excellence to org-wide knowledge and capabilities.

Directly manage, develop and grow a high-performing team of marketing operations and analytics talent based in Barcelona.

Lead marketing efforts on annual planning, including resource and budget allocations.

Own and enhance our UA methodology and Frameworks to ensure high efficacy and low wastage of marketing spend.

Support growth teams with operational support i.e non-UA vendor identification & management, contracts, tracking and measuring performance.

Partner with Marketing PMs to track and deliver on tech initiatives.

Constantly review current processes and systems and improve upon them to make a more efficient marketing organization.

Help evaluate M&A targets.
