Job Title: Administrative Clerk.
Based at: (Off-Site).
Job Summary: Sanford Federal is looking for an experienced, qualified and capable Clerk who will be assisting with the Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Project reporting requirements to external funding agencies.
Requirements: The Candidate must meet the following requirements : Experiences Knowledge and Experience with reporting scientific findings to the Bureau of Energy Management and the North Pacific Research Board using agency specific reporting formats.

Experience managing large scale research projects with multiple Principal Investigators (>20) from an administrative role.

Time management, organization proficiency, file management, and good communication skills.

Basic clerical skills to include proficiency in operation of a computer, Microsoft word, Excel, Xerox, Scan, Adobe, and telephones.

Experience disseminating research results to communities in the western Arctic region.

Must possess prior knowledge and understanding of the North Pacific Research Board’s, Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Research Program objectives.

Tasks: The candidate will be responsible for a variety of common tasks including : Provide administrative services for quarterly and semiannual reporting requirements to the Bureau of Ocean and Energy Management and the North Pacific Research Board
Develop an understanding of research objectives and reporting requirements that encompass detailed reporting for the period.

Schedule meetings for principle investigator input on reporting research results Manage data updates to the Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Research Program workspace Update and track PI input for the reports and collate information into the report template Submit quarterly and semiannual reports to funding agencies and the Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Research Program workspace.

Provide administrative services for the Final Report to the North Pacific Research Board
Develop an understanding of research objectives and reporting requirements for the project that encompasses detailed reporting for the period.

Schedule meetings for principle investigator input for reporting requirements related to the project objectives.

Manage data updates to the Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Research Program workspace.

Provide DRAFT Final Report to PI’s for final review.
