Large corporate frim in Downtown Los Angeles is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator on a full time permanent basis. Person will be required to work in the office once the office reopens. DESCRIPTION The Salesforce Administrator works directly with attorneys, staff, professional managers and firm directors as the point of contact for the Salesforce implementation. The Salesforce Administrator has regular interactions with 3rd party vendors and IT staff at all levels of the organization, including IT Directors, CRM Committee leadership, and the firmrsquos CIO, as it relates to operations, support, training and technology improvements related to CRM. The Salesforce Administrator can expect to have frequent contact with attorneys and senior firm leadership in all the firmrsquos offices. POSITION SUMMARY The ideal candidate should be an experienced, solution-minded Salesforce Administrator who is simultaneously able to grasp abstract concepts, ideas and possibilities and be an in-depth problem solver. This candidate should use their extensive knowledge to maintain and customize the Salesforce org using best practices to solve critical business needs. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-starters able to come in on the ground floor and be hands-on while simultaneously ensuring the firm capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce system. The Salesforce Administrator must always perform the duties of the position according to the Firmrsquos policies and procedures and maintain the confidentiality of client and firm matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a complex Salesforce org supporting 800+ attorneys. Carry out core functions necessary to maintain a healthy org and optimal performance and security. Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Performing data hygiene and database maintenance tasks, including data manipulation, diagnostic tests, data archiving, and duplicate entry cleansing. Advise the best way to achieve a certain outcome, based on industry or specific requirements. Customize Salesforce using declarative features. Evaluate, recommend, configure, and maintain 3rd party integrations. Work with external parties to oversee the development of the Salesforce org, lead solution design, create development specifications, participate in QA testing, coordinate UAT with business users, and manage the release process for a number of releases per year. Partner with stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve critical business needs. Support marketing efforts in prospect management, maintaining clean data, creation of campaigns workflows, and building forms and landing pages. Provide user support tracking issues, analyzing them, and making actionable recommendations. Maintain current supporting documentation for any changes and customizations and deliver end user training as necessary through multiple delivery methods. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Salesforce Certified Administrator. 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems (Sales Cloud and Pardot) and Lightning Experience. Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support. Ability to adapt and adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. Highly motivated and organized team player with a drive to innovate and optimize use of available resources and requiring minimal direct supervision. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Reliable and consistent attendance. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. Some development experience preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and how it integrates with other systems. Experience with Salesforce native integration options as well as 3rd party integrations such as document generation tools, API based content integration tools, Outlook integration, other cloud databases, etc. and an understanding of their implications. Experience with migrating or retiring legacy systems and automating manual processes with Salesforce. Desirable certifications Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sharing and Visibility Designer Credential, Platform App Builder, or Pardot Specialist. Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support. Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in a calm and professional manner at all times. Inspired to expand and refine own knowledge of technology as it applies to the legal workspace. Ability to quickly learn new software applications and legal-specific software packages. International law firm experience preferred.
