Operators help support our AI-powered products. We are looking for Operators to assist our AI with maintenance requests from tenants.
If you are looking for flexible part-time work; You can do this job from anywhere.
All you need is a reliable internet connection. We are interested in people who may have experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or handyman services but this is not a requirement.
What you’ll do:
Quickly engage with tenants via text to ensure maintenance questions and concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot common residential maintenance issues.
Responsible for actioning work orders by dispatching vendors or property managers.
Collaborate with Product Development by providing quality feedback to enhance overall service.
What we are looking for:
Willing to work flexible hours as our service operates 24/7, 365 days a year including holidays and weekends Keen attention to detail Effective/Professional written communication College education preferred Available to work 20-25 hours per week Able and willing to take part in a 2-week Onboarding program
