Manager, eCommerce Marketing

As the Manager of eCommerce Marketing , you will own the customer demand, acquisition and ecommerce relationship effort by building, executing and growing with cross-functional digital strategies that cover all online touch points and deliver sales goals.

This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce.

The Manager of eCommerce Marketing will manage the design, development and third-party tool integration on site, create acquisition email marketing campaigns, paid social, manage search (paid brand and SEO) and affiliate marketing with the goal of generating online sales, driving customer engagement, branding and database growth.

The perfect candidate understands the value of data and has a passion for converting insight into action.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead new programs that will drive an increase in the consumer database, visits and trial/first purchases Manage media agency priorities, production, testing focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities and marketing activities.

Responsible for paid media analysis and optimization with expertise in FB Ads, Google AdWords, YouTube and Pinterest.

Create the planning and execution of digital marketing calendar to support brand and growth objectives Recommend ecommerce merchandising and product positioning using insights pulled from KPIs, and analyzing trends over time via deep-dive website analysis using data pulled from data analysis tools.

Affiliate marketing responsibilities in procuring new partners and managing top partners Responsible to manage and create daily, weekly and monthly analytic reports that monitor key KPI of website performance, sales, inventory, traffic, status of email database, and customer service.

Expertise in Google Analytics.

Identify key areas that have opportunity for optimization and A/B testing.

Measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing.

Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is dedicated to relevant growth drivers according to business & financial goals; Develop monthly action plans to achieve/surpass sales goals; quickly pivoting to address market needs outside of monthly plans Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance.

Report weekly to the Director of Digital eCommerce & Marketing on results and recommendations for maximizing performance and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years experience in e-commerce with strong paid media experience 2+ years experience with FB Paid Media and Google AdWords.

YouTube, Pinterest and Tiktok, a plus 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing Klaviyo, Shopify apps and Google Analytics experience required.

Experience with Glew.io, a plus Strong project management skills Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors to accomplish goals Excited to embrace and drive ecommerce experience and increased conversion and acquisition A strong track record of identifying high value, low cost solutions to problems by balancing business and customer needs with tech capabilities Flexible self-starter with optimistic attitude, ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a in a dynamic environment with proven Ability to prioritize work to adhere to project timelines Must be focused, incredibly organized, show excellent attention to detail and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to their work Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Docs Local candidates only to the Los Angeles Metro area
