Responsibilities
Helps launch the Influencer Brand positioning internally and in-market (e.g., company rollout tactics, website updates, PR strategy and execution) Works with VP, Influencer Marketing and internal teams to create go-to-market strategy around BEN’s product offering Keeps a regular pulse on market competition positioning, products and service offerings Helps develop social strategy and content plan for the influencer side of the business, in collaboration with content agency, and oversees distribution and paid amplification efforts Works with SEM consultant to keep a pulse on our efforts and ensure it aligns with our strategy; collaborates on ad group/keyword updates as needed Identifies opportunities for thought leadership pieces for BEN
– both regularly scheduled pieces for new and current clients as well as industry opportunities with PR agency Helps discover and recommend opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships that will drive awareness and brand consideration for BEN Works with internal teams to regularly identify top case studies and awards that further strengthen BEN’s positioning and partner with creative marketing manager on creation of materials Manages budgets and timelines for associated projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or agency experience Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing Experience in brand content or influencer marketing Experience working strategically and collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners Well-organized, ability to prioritize projects, strong attention to detail Flexible, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment Proficient in MS Office and G Suite.

Experience in Adobe and Salesforce a plus Passion for the brand content landscape and influencer marketing!
