Customer Service for e-commerce Specialist

Job Description VITALI INTERNATIONAL INC. is a downtown LA based company specializing in manufacturing and distribution of fine men’s clothing with stores all across the country. Our general items will include Men’s suits, pants, sport coats and winter coats.We are seeking highly motivated and responsible staff for help in the office.General responsibilities will include:Data entry: This will require great attention to detail while building excel databases. Medium level knowledge will be required at the time of hiring.Answering phone calls and helping customers with their phone in orders. You will be checking current inventory and future availability for the items.Extreme comfort with Microsoft excel is required.In contact communication with customers and sales reps and assisting with updating order status, future availability, forwarding messages and follow up calls and emails.Customer service: Phone and email.General office help as needed or required.Keeping constant communication with the our of state sales force by email, phone and text..Candidate must be able to work alone without supervision and also be able to work well in a group. Must be extremely detail oriented to seek any errors in shipping documents. Must be fluent in English and extremely strong phone skills.Please be sure to include a cover letter.
