We currently have an opportunity for a Associate Producer.
Responsibilities: Drive the organization and delivery of team’s work Lead day to day team production operations as directed by a Production Manager Establishes team working product backlog with a Production Manager Keeps working backlog clean, up-to-date Facilitates team meetings, discussions, and decisions Supports team by removing roadblocks and managing distractions Directs all team rituals and maintains all team artifacts Ensures Team has predictable and measurable capacity for work through Cross-functional work planning with accurate estimations Velocity tracking on sprint and release basis Sprint / milestone commitment tracking Dependency / risk tracking Quality tracking (bug count, bug velocity, subjective quality post ship) Tracks and communicates progress to stakeholders and rest of team Tracks ALL work (planned, unplanned, emergent) Rolls progress back into master Project tracking methods With Production Manager, ensures stakeholders consulted and informed on progress and brought in to discussions as needed for project success Understands how team should communicate different types of information and helps team navigate them End to end feature delivery tracking Define and ensure work meets definition of done Update and track against common delivery checklist for shipping Ensure team’s work matches overall Project priorities and goals Strategic work alignment & prioritization Understands team’s work and how it meets customer / stakeholder goals Understands and is able to articulate how outputs ladder up to strategy and product vision as prioritized by Project Strategy Team and Production Manager With Production Manager, Create team product roadmap that demonstrates the value being delivered (to players or other customers) Establishes and prioritizes team product backlog with Production Manager Organize product discovery incorporating cross-discipline perspectives (such as design, art, and engineering) Work with Production Manager to communicate and get stakeholder buy-in on the “why” behind the team’s work Player resonance Ensure team’s work matches audience needs Provide critical product feedback and insight to the team, Production Manage, Project Leadership Advocate for team’s game and business decisions Champion a player focused mindset and be the voice of the player Be ready to review and engage with players via popular channels (forums, events, etc) when asked.

Responsible for communicating team staffing needs Knowledgeable of team workflows to inform staffing needs, estimates, and risks Understands total required scope for team’s efforts Work with Production Manager and Project Leads to meet staffing needs Ensures strong team health, culture, and efficiency Team work systems are efficient and adopted by everyone on the team Monitors team morale, ensures team has safe and supportive environment where they can succeed.
