Eloquence is a B2B and B2C furniture company dedicated to creating fine antique reproductions as well genuine European Antique and Vintage furniture.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and highly organized individual to join our in-house Sales Team.
As a Sales & Client Relationship Executive, you will provide polished and professional customer service to Eloquence® customers; executing the sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: establishing customer accounts, providing product information, pricing, shipping quotes, order confirmation, invoice generation, shipping documentation and payment processing as well as problem resolution if needed.

Job Requirements
Business Requirements:
• Sales and/or relevant industry sales background
• Excellent phone and email etiquette and ability to demonstrate patience in challenging situations
• Manage the sales process from start to end
– no task too big or too small!
• Manage and grow sales territories
– client acquisition, onboarding and check-ins
• Help grow our sales and marketing campaigns by communicating with clients about what’s new at Eloquence®
• Occasional travel to visit clients and attend/ participate in trade shows
• Reporting to management team on clients, sales stats, and plans for growth
Skills & Abilities:
• Experience -2-3 years within a related industry
• Computer Skills -Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Fishbowl, (or Sales and Inventory Management system experience), Strong Computer Literacy required.
