Description
One of the premier surgery center management companies in Southern California is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee four multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers.
The Surgery Center Regional Director of Operations will work with local surgery center CEOs and ensure business operations, physician engagement and physician satisfaction is maintained at each location.
The Surgery Center Regional Director of Operations will travel throughout Los Angeles County.
The ASC Area Director will also lead Risk Management initiatives and tasks as delegated by the Senior VP of Operations.
The multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers that the Regional ASC Director will oversee range in size from 6 Operating Rooms to 3 Operating Rooms.
The surgical specialties are focused on orthopedics (including total joints) and the well-known surgeons also perform the following:
Arthroscopic Surgery Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery General Surgery Gynecological Surgery Orthopedic Surgery Pain Management Periodontal Surgery Plastic Surgery Podiatric Surgery
An understanding of AAAHC guidelines, CMS, The Joint Commission and other healthcare regulatory agencies will provide a baseline understanding for the Surgery Center Regional Director of Operations as they assist the Clinical Directors with survey preparedness.
