Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks private investment funds associate attorney with 4+ years of experience in the structuring and formation of private equity funds or venture capital funds and negotiation with limited partners.
The candidate should preferably have additional experience with structuring general partner and management companies as well as experience with real estate funds and/or hedge funds.
Experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related issues, representing institutional investors in their investments into private investment funds and various other corporate and partnership matters is ideal.
The candidate should have solid academic credentials.
