DescriptionA humanitarian non-profit organization is looking for a Field Human Resources Manager to start immediately.
As the Field HR Manager, you will support the organizations COVID relief efforts.
You will serve as on ground contact for HR related support from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training and offboarding.
You will be required to travel to the non-profits COVID sites across Los Angeles
– reliable transportation is required.
As the HR Manager, you will have an HR Generalist and HR assistant reporting into you.
If the role goes full time, the position will pay up to 95k.
OfficeTeam is looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of HR experience.
Job Duties?
Oversee the recruitment, hiring and onboarding needs of field-based COVID-19 testing clinics and mobile units ?
Support bi-weekly payroll process?
Maintain strong relationships with site manager, senior leadership in the field and CORE headquarters?
Help resolve any employee relations questions in a fair and consistent manner?
Review staffing across sites, make recommendations and review plans with Site Managers and CORE leadership?
Develop protocols collaboratively with leadership team and respond to challenges as a team?
Develop processes to improve efficiencies, communications and structure for the HR function in the region and with headquarters.?
