Senior Recruiter

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Full cycle recruiting for temporary and permanent positions.

Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process from start to finish.

Requisition intake with hiring manager, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening/interviewing, reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer extension, pre-employment background screenings and on-boarding.

Utilize innovative sourcing and selection strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization.

Build close, effective relationships with external business and company leaders, and internal business partners to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.

Oversee management of external search partner relationships.

Ensure both regular and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Assist with various recruiting projects and reporting as needed.

Systems Involved Microsoft Office Suite ADP Various recruiting related websites and search engines Education, Experience & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 5 years previous hands-on recruiting experience in high volume corporate environment required Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred Experience recruiting technical positions required Experience with ERP-based/large scale Applicant Tracking System required Ability to effectively interface with all management levels across company lines on a regular basis.

Creative in approach to problem-solving.

Positive attitude, self-starter and highly motivated Ability to understand technical job requirements especially those in Information Technology.

Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to recruitment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and solid proficiency in Excel to manage reporting.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
