– loyalty, integrity, focus, enthusiasm, accountability and talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLECollaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers and project team members, and provide onboarding sessions for new team membersUtilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint for document management, as well as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or Clarity for project scheduling, resource management and time sheetingMaintain project distribution lists for communications and meeting attendanceHandle preparation and logistical setup for large project meetings, including taking meeting notes and subsequent follow-up on action itemsFormalize stakeholder presentations to convey project status and budget informationHandle project-related travel coordination and support (travel requests, reservations, interaction with travel department, and international travel support)DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Business or Management Information Systems preferredFoundational understanding of PMO (Project Management Office) structureProficient in Microsoft Office Applications
