Executive Vice President – Operations

nnAs a member of the USA Commercial Development Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”), the Executive Vice President – Operations is responsible for ensuring a collaborative and cooperative working relationship with our construction partners (Skanska USA Building, Inc.), specifically in contract standards, design and build efforts, integration of innovation and technologies across the regions and overall process improvement standardization.

The EVP Operations is also accountable to the Business Unit President for the development and oversight of enterprise-wide Skanska Commercial Development construction operational standards, systems, processes, and the tools required for their implementation.

15+ year’s extensive experience in leadership / operational role within a real estate development firm.

Direct operational experience on multiple/complex developments and/or construction projects.nn nnAuthoritynn nnThe EVP Operations derives his or her authority from the Business Unit President, performing all duties with his/her guidance.  The EVP Operations is responsible for leading, supervising, managing, and coordinating the efforts of the heads of Sustainability, Innovation, Technology and EHS, as well as Design & Build efforts and Construction relationships.nn nnWork Environment/Job Conditionsnn nnThis job may be performed in the office or on the jobsite and requires frequent sitting (often working on a computer), frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.  He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and is expected to be able to comply with all safety regulations in the office and on the jobsite.nn
