Registered Nurse

Reports to the Director of Primary Care Services. Supervises clinical services, case management in clinics that integrate primary care and behavioral healthcare with a patient-centered-health-home approach. Responsible for making independent clinical decisions and efficient provision of care; implementing clinical and administrative policies; overseeing continuous quality improvement; representing the clinic in internal and community meetings, and related management activities.
