The Step-Down Nurse Manager will report directly to the CNO. The StepDown Nurse Manager will also have a large scope of support. The Step-Down Nurse Manager will be supported by over a wide variety of some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more
The Step-Down Nurse Manager will utilize their years of nursing leadership experience to run both the PCU Unit fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Step-Down Nurse Manager must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
