You’ll be inspired, and you’ll inspire people across the world to changeYour Role:The Paid Media and Performance Marketing Manager is a high-impact role within the internal digital marketing execution team for J&J Consumer Health brands in the U.S.

The Digital Experience (Dx) team is responsible to deliver accelerated growth through execution of the end-to-end digital consumer journey with focus on search (traditional and retail), retail media, and digital shelf/PDPs/content, and continuously optimizing digital media and marketing tactics in these areas for a flawless consumer experience that drives conversion.The role is responsible for executing acquisition-focused digital media and marketing campaigns in an Agile team environment.

Paid Media and Performance Marketing Managers report directly to Dx Team Leaders.You will prioritize and execute digital media initiatives focused on acquisition, including search (traditional and retail), retail media, and paid social/influencer (for select brands.) Ensure acquisition programs are coordinated and integrated across the connected digital ecosystem, with focus on bridging “traditional” and retail media executions.You will continually assess real-time digital performance to resolve what is/isn’t working, using data, analytics and insights to continuously optimize coordinated acquisition marketing programs (content and media) for efficient performance, delivering aligned success metrics, including media return on investment, engagement, and eCommerce sales.

Continually update Dx Managers on digital performance, insights, and optimizations to ensure a continuous feedback loop to Squad and customer teams and agency partners.This role will work with Audience Managers and media agency to deploy and optimize audience strategies, unlocking the value of 1P data.You will continuously assess external market and landscape and engage and partner with Marketing, Market Research, Sales, and media agency teams broadly to stay up to date on the latest consumer insights, industry trends, competitive strategy, brand and customer objectives to proactively inform acquisition strategies.In your role, you will partner closely with the Office of Marketing Value to deploy new capabilities, with focus on technology to enable automation of routine tasks and data-based optimization and decision-making.You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7-10 digital experience specialists.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:Required Skills:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred area of study in Business, Marketing or TechnologyA minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including media execution, digital marketing, or related field with a deep understanding of the integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in the marketing mixPrior media agency experience or dedicated media role within a company/brand teamSolid understanding of foundational marketing technologies (Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs/Content Management Systems, Audience Management Platforms (CDP), Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)Ability to define and set critical metrics for measuring program effectiveness.
