Hardware Integration Engineer

Hardware Integration Engineer Will need to product portfolio of work done (personal and professional) The Responsibilities Combine firmware and hardware into one integrated system. Ensure the product and develop the engineering prototype to work seamlessly from all different perspectives. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and electrical engineers to create the workflow of product systems and their outputs. Establish the interfaces between different systems, define the workflow, and design the process with an electro-mechanical in nature. Design the validation process and testing procedure for the early engineering prototype to final pre-production products, perform the testing and analyze failure modes Own the hardware and system-level requirements and track the schedule in charge of validating any changes Cooperate with our manufacturing team closely to deliver the best quality product Resolve any hardware or process issues, improve existing productsrsquo performance and bring up suggestions to our team The Requirements Have 3+ years of previous experience in designing complex electromechanical systems or products. Knowledge of motor systems, sensors, and control systems. Product development management skills Detail-oriented on testing and validating prototype and system. Well knowledge of the manufacturing process Preferable project management skills Preferable 3D printing technology experience Preferable data analysis and experiment design skills
