Tap Native is seeking a Scrum Master to join our fast growing team. This role is responsible for leading and managing a cross-functional and cross-geographies team that designs, develops and implements adtech solutions for publishers and advertisers. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for running Scrum ceremonies and making sure all teams follow Agile best practices. They are to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the project teams.In addition to strong Agile and communication skills, this position requires technical depth, deep understanding of ecommerce, performance advertising, software engineering and partnership skills. The person will be a self-starter and team player that possesses the ability to exert influence to eliminate roadblocks and drive to issue resolution.RESPONSIBILITIESManage multiple adtech focused projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentOwn the process, adhere to Tap Native’s PMO methodologies, and be knowledgeable on the effective process steps needed to execute a project successfully and deliver business value earlyActively direct and manage the project life cycle from project kickoff through development, testing, and launchFoster and develop strong relationships between the members of your team to efficiently and effectively deliverConduct project retrospectives and provide recommendations in order to improve processesREQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in Agile software developmentProfessional Scrum Master (PSM) requiredExperience in project/program management experience managing complex software and website development projects is requiredExperience in digital retail experience a plusExperience in adtech, programmatic advertising, native ads, content recommendation style ads, CPC, PPC, CPM, CPAProficiency in Risk and Change ManagementDemonstrate experience communicating with development teams using web technologiesExperience working with remote teams across time zonesStrong leadership, communication, and team building skillsStrong command of the software development life cycle (SDLC), online collaboration tools, mainstream project management software, change management processMS Office Suite proficiency requiredMust be able to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologiesOrganized, detail-oriented, problem solverWe are a fun group experiencing a lot of success right now.
